of hierarchies

mortals rebuild
Our universes

Of devolving

Through recovery
To arc upward

Towards Absolute
Reality
Through evolution.

interdependency
Of sustaining

Segregated into
kingdoms
Of living forms

Of so-called inert matter
Is beyond
Human comprehension
And perception.
Life is everywhere
In the Universe.
Wherever there is an atom
Of matter,
A particle, or a molecule,

Gaseous condition
There is life in it
However latent and unconscious.
While everything lives
And is conscious
All life and consciousness
Is not similar to the human.
But,
life is the only form.
A more abstract matter
Is the vehicle
For the manifesting
Of soul.
Soul is the vehicle
For the manifesting
Of Spirit.
Life abounds
In the universes.
In seeing
The tens of millions of suns
And constellations
Which the modern telescope reveals,
We
are seeing
The physical manifestation
Of the same number

intelligent existences.
The visible existences
Are only
those
Who are
in incarnation.
Only
one-seventh
Of the
possible appearances

incarnating at any time.
Six-sevenths
Are out
of incarnation
Awaiting
their turn to manifest
Holding
back from incarnation

great wheel

conditions eventuate.
To further stagger

The bodies

these cosmic,

and planetary bodies

living sentient beings.
All are

Forward

we will only begin
To envision

our consciousness
Has expanded

cosmic mental plane.

Consciousness
Is reality.
Everything
That is thought,

That consciousness
In which everything is
Potential as well as actual
Is Absolute Consciousness.
Absolute Consciousness
Is the All, the Eternal,
The Infinite, the
Changeless.
Supreme Consciousness
Deals with definite
Periods of time,
However long or short,
And with definite space,
However vast or restricted.
Supreme consciousness
Is individual
From that of a human being
To that of a Lord
Of one or many universes.
The entire Master Universe
Is an aggregation
Of states of consciousness.
Every atom
In every universe
Is endowed with consciousness.
Consciousness
In our solar system
Is characterized
By emotion, feeling, and
sensation
Which eventually
Transmute into intuition,
Spiritual perception,
And unity.
On our planet,
Six types
Of Consciousness
Are embodied
Within the Kingdoms of Nature
On the five planes
Through which humans evolve.
Even dwellers
In the mineral kingdom
Demonstrate intelligent
activity.
All atoms
Show ability to select
And to intelligently
Discriminate under
The Law of Attraction and
Repulsion.
Inhabitants
Of the vegetable kingdom
Show the intelligent activity
Of the mineral kingdom
Plus an embryo level
Of sensation or feeling.
Residents
Of the animal Kingdom
Reveal intelligent activity,
sensation,
And add instinct,
Embryo mentality.
The levels of consciousness
In the mineral, vegetable,
And animal kingdoms
Embody all that comprises
Sub-human consciousness.
The human kingdom
Displays intelligent activity
That is the perfecting
Feeling of love, plus
Realization or intelligent
purpose,
And will.
These are the qualities
of Trinity -
The self consciousness
Of the soul.
Beyond lies
Spiritual Consciousness
Where the individual becomes
Spiritually aware
And identifies himself
With his soul.
Still farther ahead
Is the seventh
Type of consciousness,
Spiritual consciousness.
This is a super-consciousness
That embraces all
seven levels.
Growth and development
In any part
Of the solar system
Is reason for celebration
Since any growth
Produces a corresponding
Advance in the whole.
No man
Can make progress
Without his brother
benefiting.
This benefiting takes the
form
Of an increase:
In the total consciousness
Of the brotherhood;
A stimulation of all individuals
And greater group magnetism,
Which produces increased
healing
Or blending effects
Upon allied groups.
Great incentive to effort
Lies in this integrated
structure.
Any man
Who struggles to attain,
Who aims
At expansion of consciousness
Has an effect
(In ever widening spirals)
Upon all whom he contacts:
Angels, men, and animals.
While the individual
May not be aware
Of the subtle
Stimulating emanation
Which proceeds from him,
The law works.
Knowledge
Knowledge
May be gained
From two perspectives,
The subjective
And the objective
Sides of life.
Subjective knowledge
Is concerned
With energy and force.
Objective knowledge
Is concerned
With the thing
That is energized.
Until the faculty
Of ascertaining
Subjective information
(Soul contact)
Is achieved
Whole ranges of facts
Remain beyond the scope
Of consciousness
For most people.
The goal of evolution
Is the attainment
Of consciousness
On all planes.
Owing to the small
Evolutionary attainment
Of mortals,
Only the physical plane
Has been brought somewhat
Under conscious control.
Knowledge
Of
the physical plane
(Densest objectivity),
Is the totality of facts
Connected with
Five of the lower sub planes
Of the cosmic physical
plane.
During coming cycles
The other two sub planes,
The emotional,
And the mental,
Will be mastered.
At that time,
The entire mass
Of knowledge concerned
With physical
And ethereal matter,
With energy, form,
And experience,
On the physical plane
Will be easily available
to man
Through his five physical
senses.
Objective information
Is that obtained
By means of the five senses,
And by experiment.
In time
After many cycles,
Experimental knowledge
Is transmuted
Into experience.
Experience
Produces instinct
Or the habitual reaction
Of some type of consciousness
To a given set
Of circumstances or
environment.
The two factors
Of the senses
And experimental contact
Can be seen working out
In the animal and
human kingdoms.
The difference
Between the animal
And man exists
In the ability of man
To consciously remember,
Apprehend, anticipate,
And utilize
The fruits of past
experience.
With his experience,
Man may
Influence the present
And prepare for the
future.
He employs the physical
brain
For this purpose.
An animal
Has an instinctual
Memory, apprehension,
And an embryo level of anticipation.
But lacking mind,
He is unable
To adjust them
To circumstances
In terms of prearrangement.
The animal lacks the capacity
To consciously utilize
The benefit of past events
And to learn from experience.
Man’s learning
Occurs through three stages
Of mental development.
These stages
Are termed the three Halls
Through which the soul
Of man must progress.
In cycles of generations
As an infant human,
Man passes through
The Hall of Ignorance
On the Physical plane.
Average men
Pass through
The Hall of Learning
On the Emotional plane.
A Spiritual man
Enters the Hall of Wisdom
On the Mental plane.
The longest time
Is spent
In the Hall of Ignorance.
The concluding period
In the Hall of Learning
Is called the Probationary
Path.
In the Hall of Wisdom,
Man approaches
The Thought Adjuster,
The central mystery of being.
Medicine
There is a peculiar marvel
In the human kingdom
That is incorrectly termed
"Prolonging life."
It
should be called
Continuation
Of the form.
Medical science today
Strains to retain life
In human forms
That are diseased
And inadequate.
If left alone,
Nature would dispose of
These forms.
Doctors make
A prisoner of life
By forcing the life essence
Back into the physical form
At the moment
Of emancipation.
The time for liberation
Is the power
Of any consciousness
To pass out of one sphere
Of energized influence
Into another sphere
Of a higher vibration
With larger
And wider expanses
Of realization.
With more knowledge
True medical practice
Will some day become
Purely preventative.
Preventative medical action
Will replace the present
regimen
Of drugs and surgical operations
With magnetic vibration,
Sunshine, and a vegetarian
diet.
In the future,
When the hour
For liberation chimes,
The life work of the individual
Will be acknowledged as
completed
And the form discarded.
This will not be possible
Until the human family
Has reached a stage
When, through pure living
And clean thinking,
Present corruptions
Are eliminated.
Parallel Evolutions
The three worlds,
Physical, emotional, and
mental,
Have parallel evolutionary
paths
For both angels and humans
In all their gradations.
Angels
And men
Also, evolve through interaction
With each other.
Angels have their own method
Of expressing ideas.
The medium of angels
Is color
Which can be heard,
And sound
Which can be seen.
Man reverses the process
Seeing colors
And hearing sounds.
Only symbols,
Conveying cosmic truths
And instruction,
Can be comprehended
Within both evolutions.
Man
Is evolving
Inner vision
And must learn to see
Clairvoyantly
(The power to see objects
or events
That cannot be perceived
by the senses).
Angels
Are evolving
Inner hearing
And must learn to hear
Clairaudient.
Both men and angels
Are yet imperfect.
The
result
Is an imperfect world.
Man is evolving
By means
Of contact
And experience.
He expands.
The angels
Evolve by means
Of contracting -
The lessening
Of contact.
Limitation
Is their law.
Man aims
At self-control.
Angels must develop
By being controlled.
Man
Is innately love.
Love
Produces coherency.
Angels
Are innately intelligence.
Intelligence
Produces action.
The third type of force,
Will,
Balances the electrical
phenomena
Of both love and intelligence.
Will must play equally
Upon and through
Both evolutions.
The Path
There were episodes
In the life of Jesus Christ
That represented milestones
Of major achievement.
Each major achievement
Climaxed a cycle
And initiated a new one.
These milestones were:
His mortal birth;
The transfiguration;
And, the resurrection.
These values mark
The beginning, the mid point,
And the climax of
his mortal life.
The correspondence
For man marks the path
For entrance
Into the kingdom of God.
The kingdom of God exists.
Eventual birth into it is
as inescapable
As birth into the human
family.
The process is sequential.
Through birth, service,
And love,
The seeker
Becomes a citizen
Of the spiritual kingdom.
Man
passes
From stage to stage
Until he masters
All the laws
Of the spiritual kingdom.
This is a natural process
Within man's subjective
life
Just as the physical processes
Are in his outer life.
The inner and outer lives
Go on together,
But the inner reality
Comes into manifestation
Through surrendering
The outer human life
To the divine.
The successful seeker
Is not simply
A good person.
The world
Is full of good people
Who are
A long way
From being sons of God.
A son of God
Is someone who has added
A sound intellectual understanding
To the basic qualifications
Of a sound moral character
And devotion.
Through discipline
The son of God
Has coordinated
The lower nature
(The personality)
So that it is an acceptable
vessel
For the use
Of the soul.
The path
For failed mortals is
Unimaginably long.
At the close
Of their long pilgrimage,
Rehabilitated persons will
have passed
Through five kingdoms:
The mineral kingdom;
The vegetable kingdom;
The animal kingdom
The human kingdom;
And, the spiritual kingdom.
On their path,
All develop
Full consciousness
On the physical plane;
The emotional plane;
The mental plane;
And, the spiritual plane.
Containment
There exists
A circle of containment
For all life.
This circumference
Outlines the sphere of influence
Of any life force.
The scope
Of the circle of containment
Applies to all forms,
From the atom of matter
As dealt with
By the physicist or chemist
Up through the human
And planetary atoms
Up to the great atom
Of a solar system itself.
The circle of containment
Of the average human being
Is the spherical form
Of his mental body
That extends considerably
Beyond the physical body
And enables the human
To function on the lower
levels
Of the mental plane.
The encompassing periphery
Of the circle of containment
May be greatly restricted
By dogma and cultural beliefs.
Release
Radiation
Is the external effect
Produced by all forms
In all kingdoms
When their internal activity
Reaches a stage
Of vibratory motion
That dissipates
The imprisoning walls
Of the form.
Radiation
Marks an explicit point
Of attainment
In the evolutionary
process.
Radiation
Permits the escape
Of the subjective essence
From the form.
This is true
Even of the atom of matter
With which the chemist
And physicist deal
When working with
the elements.
It is also true
Of the forms
In the vegetable kingdom,
The animal kingdom,
The human kingdom,
And the divine kingdom.
The radioactive human being
Differs from the radioactive
mineral
Only in degree
Of conscious response.
In human evolution
This release occurs
In the moment of fusion
Of the personality
With the Thought Adjuster.
Guardian
Angels
Guardian angels,
Who dwell in men's
souls,
Are voluntarily imprisoned.
Like humans,
Guardian angels
Must learn to liberate themselves
From the grip
Of sensuous perception.
They must see
In the light
Of the one Reality.
Their task
Is to redeem humanity.
They must endow man
With human affections
And aspirations.
They offer intelligence
And higher consciousness
To men.
The Sons
of God
It was the love gift
Of the Sons of God
That brought the fourth
kingdom
Of humans into being.
These sons (lower than angels)
With deliberation
And full understanding,
Took human bodies
To raise the lower forms
of life
Nearer to the goal.
These sons
Were and are mortals
Who volunteered
To die
So lesser lives
Might live.
This gift is made possible
Therough evolution
And the indwelling
Consciousness of Deity
(The Thought Adjuster).
This consciousness,
Having worked
Its way through the subhuman
Kingdoms in nature,
Needed the activity
Of the sons of God
To make
Further progress possible.
Through the love gift
Of the volunteer sons and
angels,
Matter is lifted up
into Heaven.
The love gift of the angels,
The Sons of God,
The Christ,
And all living entities,
Called souls,
Is the secret of the ages.
This secret
Is only discovered
By the souls
Of men
As each of them
Enters individually
Into conscious relation
With his own soul
And discovers that which
He has joyously done in
the past,
And arrives at the realization
Of that supreme gift
Which, made with deliberation
In the early dawn of time
itself
And which, at some point
In the career as a soul
on earth,
Is consciously and symbolically
Re-enacted for the benefit
of other souls
To hasten their progress
Towards the goal.
The Kingdoms
The mineral kingdom
Is the densest point
Of concretion
For abstract forms.
The vegetable kingdom
Is unique
In the economy
Of our solar system
As it is the transmitter
Of pranic fluid
That is vital
To all lives.
Prana is the term
For the life-sustaining
Force of both individual
forms
And the universe.
Prana fuels all
energy,
All motion.
Though the mineral
kingdom
Has a consciousness
Of its own,
Sensation
Is more recognizable
In the vegetable
kingdom.
The distinction
Between the consciousnesses
Of the mineral kingdom
And that of the animal kingdom
Is so vast
That their respective
Consciousnesses
Are barely related.
The vegetable kingdom
Is the bridge
Between the mineral
kingdom
And the animal kingdom.
Inclusiveness
Sweeping, far
ranging
Inclusiveness
is the
Incomparable
characteristic
Of the soul
Whether it
is the soul of man,
The soul of
the world,
Or the sensitive
soul
Of the cosmic
Christ.
Inclusiveness
Tends towards
synthesis.
It can be seen
functioning
As a point
of fulfillment
In man
Because man
includes
In his nature
All the gains
Of past evolutionary
cycles
In other kingdoms
in nature
And in previous
human cycles
As well as
The potential
Of ever greater
Future inclusiveness.
As the macrocosm
Of the microcosm,
Man wraps
All of the
Gains and properties
Of the other
kingdoms
Into the capacity
Of his consciousness.
Also because
he is
Enveloped in
And part
Of a greater
macrocosm,
Man is increasingly
aware of
The greater
whole.
Sex
Explained
Sex
Is demonstrated
At all levels
In all kingdoms.
For example,
Sex is seen
Chemically masked
In the cells
As the positive
power quality
Of the acids
And the negative
magnetic quality
Of the alkalis.
Neither sex
Is all positive
or negative.
The right side
Of both sexes is
electric.
The left side is
magnetic.
In humans,
The acid (positive)
Part of our bodies
Are the muscles
Or action
feature.
The alkali (negative)
In our blood
Carries power
To the muscles.
Symbolically,
Sex is represented
As a triangle
Since in the creative
process,
The duality of male
and female
Or positive and
negative
Synthesize into
a third being.
Matter
and Mind
The sun transforms
And sends forth
The energy of space
That comes its way

Space circuits.

system.
On Earth

planes

air
And the rings

Around Earth.
These are belts
of
Mind energy
(Positive pole)
That veil other Spirit life.
The spectrum
of colors
Are observable
only
When their
mask
Of white sunlight

Through a prism.
These colorful
rays
Of mind energy

forces,
Transform matter

force

degrees.

dense nature

The solid
physical plane

Is a plasma
of ionized gases.
Plasma is made
up of molecules
Whose atoms
have been stripped
Of their electrons
which,
Float freely
among the ions.
Because ions
and electrons are
Electrically
charged,
Positive and
negative,
Plasmas may
be manipulated
By fields of
magnetism.
The electricity
of the sun
Is piped through
Magnetic conduits
Into the solar
system.
These electrical
conduits
Can be bent
And directed
Like flexible
tubing.
The electricity

Is the basis
Of sex.
It is recognizable
On every plane
