The Nature of Reality
HP: 1.0 – The language of Harmonic Law is Algorithmic Music

reality.

The Nature of Unity: Silence
HP:
1.9 – Unity exists at both ends of the universal spectrum as the unified Absolutes of Zero and Infinity.

– The so-called “Void” is actually a super-conductive liquid.
HP: 1.11 – Unity insures Order, which
manifests as harmony in time (music) and proportion in space (geometry) - The Law of the Octave.

predictability and randomness, which is insured by the power of limits.
The Nature of Duality: Polarity
HP:
2.0 - Law of Duality: In order for the I-AM to achieve liberation from the limitations inherent in absolute
unity, personal reality is separated from impersonal reality resulting in a graduated scale of diversity.

2.1 - Law of Polarity: All reality whether thought, expression, action, or manifestation is energy or information
vibrating between two points of rest - also known as the Law of Vibration and the Law of Unconditional Love.

2.2 - Tension between the two Absolutes requires containment, which employs recursion as the most efficient
spatial arrangement of multiple frequencies.
HP:
2.3 –All manifested Reality is elliptically encircuited between its own quantum action and gravity.
The Nature of Triunity: Balance
HP:
3.0 – Relative Reality differentially actualizes as three primary phases
across all levels of universal reality. This range covers approximately 70 powers of 10 and constitutes the “universal
everlasting moment”.
HP: 3.1 – There are three manifestations of Reality: Existential
(Created);
Experiential (Evolving now); Eventuated (Transcendental -independent
of experience -
coming).
HP: 3.2 - Reality reveals its triune nature by disclosing character (qualities or features) on three different levels: Spiritual
Level - Values; Mental Level - Meanings; Physical Level
–Things.
HP: 3.3 - Relative Cosmic Reality manifests in three domains: Time (Real exponential);
Space (Imaginary Spectral Frequency); and Associative Language (Symbolic Algorithm).
HP: 3.4 - Law of Trinity Association: The tension created by diversity is resolved by the associative action
of the Universal Absolute. Zero equals Infinity.
The Nature of Pattern and Form: Geometry
HP:
4.0 - The reality of the universal master archetypal personality and the spiritual heritage of unity within
diversity is revealed as pattern and form across the entire range of relative reality, which manifests as
harmony in time and proportion in space.
HP: 4.0.1 Numbers are used to describe the relationships
of the seven sacred shapes that depict the geometry of the universe. They are based on the idea that seven sacred shapes contain within themselves all of the information required to produce the entire universe.
HP:
4.1 – The law of Permutation: Permutations of the triune nature manifest as a pattern of seven-ness
in all processes involving growth.
HP:
4.2 – The law of 1-3-7: The unified, triune, and septuple (consisting of seven parts or members) permutation
pattern gives rise to the 1-3-7 Fine Structure Constant of the manifested universe.
HP:
4.3 – The law of the Octave: The septuple (seven-ness) pattern of reality gives rise to seven harmonic
overtones of vibration.
HP: 4.4 - The original three plus their seven
permutations give rise to Ten Emanations of reality.
HP:
4.5 – The three observed dimensions of space are concealed within the first emanation, creating
twelve dimensions, with thirteen representing the womb that holds and contains them.
The Nature of Manifestation: Materialization
into Relative Reality
HP:
5.0 - The quadratic nature of the manifestation cycle leads to inherent timing, position
and sequence relationships. This is the fifth dimension and manifests as phase and choice.

5.1 – The primary field equation of materialization is expressed by the formula: ĺ = i + e + m.

5.2 - Triune archetypal relationships give rise to the Quadratic (4) Phase Manifestation Cycle governed
by the square root of minus one. Materialization follows a Cycle of Manifestation from Thought to Expression
to Action to Manifestation.
HP: 5.2.1 Thought is the primal originator of all manifestation.

5.3 – It is possible to predict the action of large groups of individuals, but not of a single individual,
because of the influence of personal choice.

5.4 – The Manifestation Cycle consists of three modes - the Experiential mode, the Analysis mode, and
the Manifestation mode.

5.5 - Completion of the Experiential and Analysis Modes of the Manifestation Cycle through the personal application
of Choice results in a Manifestation Phase. Experience + Learning + Choice = A New Manifestation.

Cosmology and Life: Origin, Structure and Destiny

6.0 – History cannot be properly understood without inclusion of its Origin and Destiny.

6.1 – There are four stages of Universe Origin and Destiny: Creation, Evolution,
Transcendence, and Completion.

– The structure of the Master Universe is an elongated Torus with concentric zones surrounding a central void empty
of matter.

6.3 – Paradise exists in a super-conductive solid condition that occupies no space and experiences no
time.
HP: 6.4 - The universe is created and evolving at the
same time.
Consciousness
HP: 6.4.1 - Consciousness precedes all reality. Energy
and Matter, being one and the same, are both also one with Consciousness.

6.5 – Reality originates in and by the primal thought and infinite volition of the
parent “I-Am.” Reality differentially actualizes in three harmonious phases as Origin, History,
and Destiny of all universe manifestations.

6.6 – Consciousness connotes Personality in man.

6.7 – Consciousness is encircuited between its own quantum action and gravity.

6.8 – Conscious Mind is broadcast from Paradise and relayed via the super universes and the local universes
as seven differentially contactable phases.

receptor cells of all membrane surfaces as pigmented molecules.
HP: 6.9.1 - Membrane color predisposes organisms to
reception of a particular type of consciousness.

evidence supports the idea that consciousness is on the sensory receptor cells, not in the nucleus.
HP:6.10 - Conscious encircuitment requires triune balance of the dual
realities of the personal and the impersonal - between I-Am One, and I-Am All.

6.11 - Consciousness organizes
on descending harmonic levels from the Whole to the Part as Relative Individuality.
HP: 6.12 - Consciousness is information (meaning
& value) that piggybacks on the carrier frequency of the universal rhythm as an amplitude modulated real time signature.
The carrier wave is the same for all life, as it is the force presence of the Unqualified Absolute (non-personified energy).
Likewise, the fundamental is the same for all life because the Qualified Absolute (Personality) at the other end of
the scale controls it. Relative differences exist between the harmonic signatures of the individual parts riding on the fundamental
carrier wave.
HP: 6.13 - Consciousness, like all vibration, turns
on and off twice during each cycle. During these periods of silence it enters the great void (see HP: 6.2). The ON phase is
called objective time, and the OFF phase is called subjective time.
HP:
6.14 - Consciousness is a time related phenomenon that is always associated with a specific time perspective.
HP:
6.15 - Perception is 9/10ths of the Harmonic Law, and can be Resonant or Dissonant, as well as Relaxed or Stimulated.
This is the three dimensional and cyclical nature of consciousness.
HP: 6.16 - Human brainwave frequencies normally occur
in groupings that represent approximately seven music octaves from 1 Hz. to 128 Hz.
HP: 6.17 - Consciousness manifests in living organisms
as vibrations within a triune nervous system consisting of three layers.
HP: 6.18 - Consciousness is transmitted from the nuclear
center via the ANS nerves, and received on the membrane surfaces via sensory receptors, where it is returned to the center
via sensory nerves.

6.20 – Consciousness is dominated by Perception, which is experienced in one of three modes:

6.22 – The Body and Mind balance metabolism by Homeostasis. Creating a change in
one produces an opposite and neutralizing effect in the other.

6.23 – Transcendence requires expansion toward both extremes at the same time. A
sudden jump in metabolism from one extreme to the other without balance, results in a natural reversal of the Autonomic Nervous
System (ANS) cycle. (See HP: 6.17.)

6.24 – The pharmacology of brainwave states is based upon unified, dual, and triune relationships between
neuropeptides, which are brain and body pigments used to control consciousness on membrane surfaces.

6.25 - Lower mean brainwave frequency provides expanded bandwidth of consciousness, whereas
higher mean brainwave frequency provides quicker response. Expanded bandwidth improves efficiency and
provides more control over action.

6.26 - Lower mean brainwave frequency provides expanded bandwidth metabolic variability,
whereas higher mean brainwave frequency limits variability. Expanded metabolic variability improves the flexibility of the
system to move quickly between extremes.

6.27 – The capacity of a Transceiver to Transmit and Receive signals (communicate) is called Channel
Capacity, calculated by the adjoining formula.

6.28 – The average speed at which the Human Brain processes signals over time is called Mean Brainwave
Frequency (MBF).

6.29 - Consciousness can be measured Scientifically and assessed in Time.
Time
HP:
6.30 – The triune nature of reality reveals itself in time as well as space. Total time consists of the
past, present, and future. These three aspects of time relate to each other such that: Present = Past ( ½ √-1 ) x Future
( ½ √ -1 ) or; T = TP ( ½ √-1 ) x TF ( ½ √-1 )

6.31 – The Time Domain originates at the upper surface of a black hole according to:
Time/1 = Time/Space = Seconds/Wave = Time
Domain, which originates at the upper surface of the universal nucleus - a black hole;
1/Time = Space/Time
= Waves/Second = The Frequency Domain, which originates at the lower surface of the universal nucleus - a white hole.

6.32 - At the moment of creation, the two absolutes (The Deity Absolute and The Unqualified Absolute) separated
but remained united within the Universal Absolute. This circuit represents the Alpha and Omega,
as well as the present Now of Time.

6.33 – Each Individual Consciousness has a uniquely different perspective of time determined by all of
the following conditions:
Mean Brainwave Frequency (Rate of
Consciousness) – The average brainwave rate determines relative speed of consciousness and the amount of information
that can be processed in a given amount of time.
Unit of Time Perspective “The
Maturity Bandwidth” – The amount of past memory and recognition of future consequences to action allowed into
the present moment determines the level of maturity and amount of patience required to deal with life’s situations.
Hierarchal Organizational Level of Consciousness
– Each of the seven levels of conscious awareness has a different relationship with time. Some people focus on the past,
some on the future, and still others on the present moment.
Lifetime Reciprocal Wavelength –
The ratio between the total length of a person’s life and specific time periods like days, months, and years, changes
as they get older. One year seems like a lot longer period of time to a child than it does for an adult because it represents
much more of the child’s total life experience.
HP:
6.34 - Conscious perception of time varies for each of the seven different levels of mind.
Awareness of time in the present moment is objective. As the bandwidth of time awareness increases, time
becomes more and more subjective. This bandwidth of time awareness is called the “Unit of Time
Perspective” and/or the “Maturity Bandwidth”.

6.35 – Time eventuates (is a consequence of) the relative perception of motion. (This is the secret of
time travel.)
History and Scientific Discovery

6.36 – History repeats itself as a fractal Timewave.

Vibration
HP:
6.41 – Vibration is the basic timing phenomenon behind manifestation. Everything in the universe is vibrating.
HP: 6.42 – All forms of manifestation
in the relative universe are the same thing - simply vibrations of the universal force field pulsing at different relative
rates.

6.43 - Vibrations travel in one of four different modes and are further modified by the characteristics of the
medium they are moving through.

6.44 - When an undifferentiated vibration strikes a resonant membrane it refracts into one or more of four modes
depending upon the nature of the vibration, the resonance of the membrane and its cavity, and the angle of incidence with
which it strikes.

Frequency

6.46 – Frequency is the same as Relative Pitch in music.

planet created by membrane enclosures like the ionosphere cause atmospheric harmonics that modulate all metabolic processes
of the planet and the life upon it.

HP: 6.50 – Frequency is associated with the human
body in many different ways. The primary relationship is given by the equation: v = mc2 / h.
Orbits
HP:
6.51 -Orbit Period is related to Frequency. The orbit period is the amount of time required to make one orbit,
and the number of orbits per period of time is the Frequency.
HP:
6.52 – The orbits of the planets and stars follow a seven layered recursive pattern that leads back to the center
of the universe. If atomic structure and the rest of reality exhibit the recursive concentric layering, and if this pattern
obtains all the way from the center to the edge, then the universe itself must follow this same pattern.

6.53 - The Seven Super Universes have concentric layers, each with its own power and gravity center.
Universal Energy Systems
HP:
6.54 – Creation is accomplished by the thoughtful and efficient use of energy, which flows in a seven-stage
circuit from the Unqualified Absolute to the Qualified Absolute.

6.55 – The Universal Energy Circuit cycles in a “Continuous-Bang” mode that occurs at the rate of
Quantum Action.

6.56 – Continuous creation at quantum speeds is the fundamental frequency of manifestation. Other harmonic wave
cycles are created as overtones. The most important of these is the cycle of Space Respiration, which requires approximately
two billion years to complete.

6.57 – The Space Potency of the Unqualified Absolute emerges from the center of a White Hole and stretches super-conductive
Paradise toward the edge of the universe in all directions. Space is stretched and rarified pure energy.

6.58 – Space Potency is turned back and begins to flow around the Center, forming the skin or surface of a Torus,
which forms the protective womb of the universe.

6.59 – Twenty-one bands of universal power are woven together to construct the building blocks of the material
universe and biological life.

a Black Hole.

Waveform Phenomenon
