Summary of Harmonic Law
Consciousness
is the Unified Field Theory.1 Music
is its Language.
The Origin of Reality
is Thought, which Manifests through Expression and Action. Humans create their own reality through the manifestation
of their thoughts, expressions, and actions. The First Cause is the Original Thought, Master Personality, and Creator of the
Universe.
The History of Reality
is Perceptual, and useful only for learning. The truth never suffers from an honest observation. New truth does not make the
old understanding false, but rather expands it into a larger picture in which the old belief becomes a special case or condition
among many possibilities explained by the newer knowledge.
The Destiny of Reality
is the completion of its Original Purpose.
Everything in the universe
is vibrating in unison (Unity) not uniformity. The nature of this vibration is an energy wave moving back and forth between
the two opposite polarities of Gravity and Quantum Action (Duality).
Harmonic Law arises
to balance and resolve the Tension created between these two opposites (Triunity).
All energy is encircuited
in triune association, which evolves from archetype to personality and manifests as spiritual, mental, and material reality.
The tension manifests
as Relative Vibrational Reality. When any two of these relative vibrations come into close proximity to each other, harmonic
sympathy causes them to bond or pass. This is true of particles, atoms, planets, stars, friends, lovers, or partners of any
kind.
Resolution results in
the Octave, a pattern that reproduces across the entire spectrum of relative reality that reveals the Harmony of Diversity
and Unity of Quality.
These laws manifest
as harmony in time (Timing and Music) and proportion in space (Geometry and Art).
Diversity demands relationship
through Communication and Unified Purpose (Diversely Approached).
Learning the art of
communication gives one command of the environment and is the key to creating one’s own Reality. Most of the world’s
problems are due to lack of proper communication.
Manifestation cannot
be fully understood without knowledge of its Origin, History, and Destiny.
Integration of the above principles into personality traits results in establishment of eternal purpose and eventual
Fusion of the three phases of reality - Spirit, Mind, and Body.
1 Unified field theory is sometimes called the Theory
of Everything. It is the long-sought means of tying together all known
phenomena to explain the nature and behavior of all matter and energy in existence.
Review
The goal of all harmonic intent is unity.
Even relative diversity can be unified through harmony, such as witnessed in music, where all the different notes are
harmonized by a unifying fundamental keynote. However, the concepts of opposite dualities and associative triunities are just
as important for understanding the true nature of reality, the science of vibration, and the art of manifesting one's own
experience, creating one's own reality.
The universe is full of eternal values concealed within
the potential of what scientists call the imaginary frequency domain, the realm of all possibilities where objects
and events are seen as a manifold collection of vibrations that make up their form.
All universe energy flows from potential into manifestation
through the conservation of eternal value. In human terms this is called the actualization of potential, as each reality
materializes from a sea of possibilities limited only by its present capacity. With regard to human transformation, this process
is called harmonic resolution.
The nature of reality is triune. Every thought, expression, action
and manifestation is composed from two absolute opposites balanced and resolved by a third associative member.
Whereas the opposites (and their associates) are themselves absolute, all manifested reality in between are relative.
This is the state of the universe. The relative vibrational spectrum in between the absolutes of zero and infinity represents
the entirety of manifested reality. Every manifested reality in the universe is a "complex frequency" composed of a manifold
of singular "simple frequencies". Each of these parts relates to the whole and all other parts by its relative rate of
vibration. These individual frequencies called partials, represent the smallest indivisible parts of the
whole.
As most religions acknowledge, the primary triunity of
reality is the whole versus the parts, the I Am One versus the I Am All. The tension created between these two great absolutes
manifests itself as the universal rhythm or spectrum of vibrations that we know as the electromagnetic spectrum. Less
commonly known is the fact that the electromagnetic spectrum is a continuum that ranges all the way from zero to infinity.
Electromagnetism (EM) is just one manifestation of this vast spectrum. A full cycle begins in infinity with an unqualified
absolute of quantum action and then progressively slows down as it passes through its other manifestations as Induction,
Magnetism, Electricity, Radiation, Light, Chemistry, Heat, Sound, Power, and returns to the qualified absolute of gravity.
The "missing link" in physics that unifies gravity with quantum mechanics is the associative absolute of consciousness...E
= MC2 = Consciousness.
The nature of this universal rhythm is very dynamic and ever
changing as the energy cycles around the two poles. Science is beginning to recognize these two great absolutes as quantum
action and gravity, which manifest respectively as chaos and order. Whereas the scientific term for chaos is entropy, its
opposite...negative entropy is used to represent order. It is now an accepted scientific fact that the universe is presently
in a state of entropy or breakdown. This is validated by the astronomical observation that the universe is expanding and spreading
apart. There is much disagreement, however, as to the eventual outcome of this unwinding.
Opinions are divided between those who believe the expansion
and energy loss will continue until the universe just burns itself out, and others who think that it will eventually reverse
direction and begin an inward contraction ultimately resulting in another "big bang." However, it is also a known fact that
as the potential of the universe is shrinking, order is rising to higher and higher levels as evolution progresses. In
other words, Information is being conserved and stored over time leading to increased order, while at the same time, the potential
inherent in the universe is being used up. Such is true for each Individual as well as for the Whole. The entire universe
and all of its inhabitants are under a constant dynamic flux while potential is being actualized.
The human body is a good example of an actual manifestation.
It has been actualized over a period of time by everything that its owner has thought, expressed, and acted on - everything
they have eaten, drank, and inhaled, all they have been and done. Still, for most individuals, there is still some level of
potential left within them that has not yet materialized. A person's actual self manifests as their manner or state of
being, while the remaining potential reveals itself in their manner or rule of doing. The purpose of life is the
actualization of one's potential.
The cosmos and all of the individual's within it are therefore
called "non-equilibrium" objects - materializations that exist in an unbalanced state cycling between order and chaos. As
the concept of harmony has been associated with order and dissonance with chaos, it is important to note that neither extreme
is the appropriate state for a human being to exist in exclusively. Harmony pulls things together, whereas Dissonance pushes
them apart. It becomes obvious that dissonance can sometimes bring about periods of relative stability and calmness as the
two reactants move further and further apart. Stuck in the middle of this strange cycle is the dance called life, ever cycling
from order to chaos to higher levels of order, only to return to chaos. The cycle continues. Back and forth between the two
great absolutes.
This encircuitment reveals itself in the aspiration
of the whole as well as in individuals. The expansion of space is nothing more or less than space respiration, the universal
breath of the One. As humans inhale and exhale, the way they take in, respond to, and exhale this cosmic breath reveals man's
manner of being and doing, his essence.

Applying Harmonic Law
Philosophy of Life
Live
in True Liberty – Universal Laws are only necessary to control the immature and selfish. The universe is based on the
principle that Mercy dominates Justice. Sooner or later, if misdoing is not resolved, Justice must prevail, but Justice cannot
condemn what Mercy can save. Forgiveness is the key to receiving Mercy.
Obey
universal principles of truth, beauty, and goodness. Live in True Liberty. The Ten Commandments are a good place to
start.
Remain
in a Spirit of Gratefulness and Thanksgiving – Being thankful is the fastest way to elicit the help of universal forces,
and the key to being able to forgive, and be forgiven.
Stay
Relaxed but Alert – Remembering that everything is satisfactory and that the universe is a friendly place to all who
follow Harmonic Law is the key to remaining Relaxed. Being inspired and in awe of life maintains the enthusiasm required to
remain Alert. Expanded bandwidth of consciousness allows for a balance between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system
response (extended Homeostasis). Open Focus is a state of paying attention to how one is paying attention - Diffusely
Absorbed and Narrowly Focused at the same time, i.e., simultaneous awareness of the big picture and the small details. The
ability to become highly aroused and stimulated while remaining in Homeostasis is the essence of Zen mastery, and the key
to a balanced nervous system. (Homeostasis is the ability or tendency of an
organism or cell to maintain internal equilibrium by adjusting its physiological processes.)
Perceive
Threat as Challenge or Opportunity – Staying in Sensory Resonance. This is the most powerful life coping tool anyone
could possess. The ability to remain aware that no real harm can come to children of the truth and that there is nothing to
fear is the key to overcoming threat. Fear is a master fraud.
Remain open
for every chance to Learn, Grow, and Serve – Charity, Tithing, Giving Back. This is the key to unlimited abundance and
opportunity.
Taking
responsibility for one’s own actions is the first requirement for growth. An ability to respond to any situation in
an appropriate manner is indicative of maturity. Things that are loved require nurture and care. This is the key to gaining
respect, authority, and control.
Become
intent oriented rather than Letter of the Law oriented. Keeping true to one's self is the essence of self-government.
Being dedicated to the true intent of the law is superior to trying to live by the letter of the law, which does not allow
for variations in time and space. Trying to live by the letter leads to frustration and disrespect for the law. Understanding
the intent of the law, and striving to live by that, indicates the highest respect for self and others. This is the key to
having others respect one’s time and space.
Willingness
to take Action (Faith) – Belief is a paradigm of reality. Faith steps out on that belief because it assumes it has already
succeeded. We are not saved by belief, or by works, but by Faith alone. However, our works become the testament to our Faith,
because they are the result of stepping out on belief. This is the key to manifesting one’s desires.
Willingness
to Communicate – The ability to share, get one’s points across, and give good council to friends is one of the
most powerful and important talents anyone could possess, and the key to creating one’s own reality.

Accept
the outcome.
Balance
being and doing. Being comes first, but Doing is the only way to cultivate what one already is. Doing allows the discovery
of special talents and abilities that are unrevealed by just being. This feeds back to expand what one is into more. The more
one understands their person by doing, the more beautiful their being becomes. Any imbalance results in excessive complaining
rather than effective living.

Learn
to balance Personality components by giving equal time and attention to all three phases of reality, and synchronizing
them into a harmonic personality:
Spirit – Personal relationship with Deity and willingness to share the inner life.
Mind – Balance the seven mind circuits and psychic circles with positive thought.
Body – Proper Rest, Exercise, Nutrition.
Remain
in unbroken communion with the Superconscious and Seven Mind Circuits – If humans do not wish to take full responsibility
for their life by living in Wisdom, then they must rely on Worship. If they do not want to worship they must
rely on the Council of friends and associates. If such advice is unacceptable, they must fall back on Knowledge.
If knowledge is inadequate, then Courage must step to the front. When courage is not forthcoming, then Understanding
is the only choice. When men do not understand, they must rely on their own Intuition. Thus are the seven mind circuits
traversed. Beyond wisdom lies the domain of the Superconscious - connection to the One, the Adjuster of all thought, and navigator
of the spiritual life. Constant communion with the spirit is the key to direction in life.
Nurture
the Soul – Every time the spiritual counterpart of any event is realized or acted on, that experience is collected and
stored in the Soul. All that survives death is the Superconscious spirit, the personality pattern, and the collection
of life experiences.
Qualities
of the Ultimate State of Mind
Disappointment Proof – The essence of happiness is Faith in an orderly, friendly universe, which leads
to an expanded unit of time perspective (maturity bandwidth). Patience must be practiced by immature beings. Real perseverance
is born of the faith of true understanding. Disappointment proof means not being able to be disappointed. When everything
that happens in life is seen as a challenge or opportunity rather than a threat, disappointment becomes a thing of the past.
This is the first step in learning to release self. Attachment to outcome leads to Tears of Pain. Detachment
creates Tears of Joy. Living in this latter state teaches one to love life despite its hardships, rather than because
of how wonderful it is. Each new experience brings one closer to unity.
Worship – There is a difference between healthy and sordid pleasure. The experience of deriving pleasure
from living is the key to health and long life. The ultimate form of pleasure is Love. The ultimate form of Love is Worship.
Worshipping something means wanting to:
Be with it all the time, and never tire of it.
Wanting to help, assist, and serve it.
Giving up life itself to protect what is worshipped.

The entirety of Harmonic Law is bound up in the first two commandments:
Love
God with all your heart, mind, and body. This evokes Supreme Justice.
Love
everyone else as yourself. People generally tend to treat others the way that they have been treated rather than in the way
that they would prefer to be treated themselves. Treating others as yourself, is the essence of this principle. This evokes
Supreme Mercy.
Vibration is the one
principle besides consciousness underlying the entire manifested universe. The ability to move between the two opposite
poles of universal absolute reality is the essence of vibration. The extremes of the two polarities are absolute, but
all points in between are relative. Understanding of this has application in all facets of life. Being able to see the world
from different relative positions provides a flexibility to control the environment not available to those who observe reality
from a limited, unchanging, singularly focused viewpoint. This is one of the most important things humans can study at
this point in their evolution. The freedom gained from seeing how everything in the universe is connected is well worth the
time and effort. A fuller understanding of Harmonic Law can radically change every aspect of modern life for the better. How
well men learn will determine the difference between our planet taking a third step forward for the first time in history,
or the proverbial one step back as it has done at least four times before.
Expanded bandwidth of
consciousness is the answer to all universal disorder, because it leads one to both the analysis of impersonal manifestation
and the experience of personal reality. Total reality - the nature of the I-Am, consists of these two extremes (Absolute),
the tension between them (Relative), and the resolution of the tension (Associative). The wider one’s bandwidth, the
more of reality one can observe at the same time. The more that can be recognized, the more the providence of absolute
intervention can control the universe. There are no accidents. Accident is a word humans use to explain a phenomenon
they do not understand, and to lay blame on something other than themselves for their reality. However, since perception is
9/10ths of Harmonic Law, this is not the case. All humans are responsible for the creation of their own reality. Of
course, certain life factors act as governors on a person's ability to act (food, water, warmth, shelter, time,
distance, etc.), but this doesn’t mean that men don’t have full freedom to act within specific limits.
Harmonic Law is simply
a brake on immature action. The advancing Liberty gained from understanding Harmonic Law allows each person to create more
and more of their own reality, and make it the way they want it to be. Until that moment, each human will be stuck in someone
else’s reality, be restricted from all but the most basic personal action, and be a “victim” of circumstances
“beyond their control”. Searching for, finding, understanding, and then becoming Harmonic Law is the goal of every
person, regardless of their awareness of it. Until people learn how to act harmonically within the limits granted, and
in full cooperation of the spirit world within, men will be forced to have limitations put on their actions. Humans only
have access to the amount of energy they learn to control. Gaining control of their actions automatically gives men
access to higher and higher amounts and forms of energy. In this way, the universe teaches humans how to be responsible for
their actions and the environments in and around themselves. The more people take control, the more God and the spiritual
helpers are able to let go. They rejoice in this as it leads to the real “new age” - total cooperation between
man and God.
The spirit that lives
inside each person (beyond the age of six) has but one job - to reveal the spiritual counterparts of all material manifestations.
This spirit leads and guides each person into every new experience in an effort to teach the meanings and values
of the things around and inside every individual. This presents everyone with the true nature, characteristics,
and personality of God. The spiritual essence attempts to make contact through every experience of life, both conscious and
unconscious. With people who do not pay much attention to such things, the spirit has an even better chance of making contact
during sleep. However, the more aware people become, the more they are able to enter this realm from the waking side, and
remain conscious at the same time - a lucid dream state. Continual exercise with this practice allows one to maintain
Open Focus toward both material and spiritual realities at the same time.
Since materialism
represents basically one third of reality (with spirit and mind), materialism is a major component of human life. Every
one must eat, drink, rest, exercise, and expend energy to find food, shelter, and warmth. Every person must deal with material
reality. Humans refine this activity through research and the development of technology. Technology is the
biggest industry in the world today as it seeks to improve all the factors of material existence. Society, however, contains
the seeds of its own retrogression. If materialism outruns the evolution of worship and wisdom, if
not buttressed by quick application of experiential wisdom, the society will fall from its high but premature level of civilization,
and collapse into chaos, until the balance between materialism and spiritualism is restored.
In keeping with its
mission to reveal the spiritual counterparts of reality, spirit attempts to contact us through technology. Technology has
as its inspiration its own spiritual counterpart and gravity. All forms of material reality have inherent meanings and values
that lead humans closer and closer to discovering the spiritual light behind the material shadows of the universe. Beneath
universal reality lie the limits of Harmonic Law. It is the limits imposed by these principles that allow men to contemplate
reality, grasp it, and direct it into their consciousness. In this way all technology has a spiritual counterpart.
There is no
division between God and self. God lives inside of each person. There is a unified diversity in nature that makes all
these wonderful things possible. The final result of this continues to be, “as above…so below”, but
even more specifically, as it is on the Inside, so shall it be on the Outside. The outside, however, is allowed to act
within certain limits, which forces the inside to accept the consequences. Until the outside can be taught to synchronize
itself with the center, “The act is ours…the consequences’ God’s.”
Hopefully, the
principles put forth in this book will aid in learning how to accomplish a synchronicity between the outside and
the inside. When this has become the goal of all people, the world will start to live under self-government, and the “new
age” will have dawned. The Cosmology of the Races will manifest itself, and the harmonic diversity inherent in our various
colors will reveal their true meanings and values.
