The encircuited nature of reality causes it to always return to where it once was. This explains why everything comes back. It is the basis of the law of karma (cause and effect). All cycles repeat. This is also one of the indicators of the dual flow nature of time. It explains how both the past and future can appear in the present. The seemingly random and chance timings of life are more important than any one specific time period. The phenomenon called coincidence is actually perfectly arranged timing. Timing also applies to frequency and cycles. One of the most interesting timing phenomena is called Timewave Zero, which is a fractal waveshape that seems to correlate with the ups and downs of time based on the increase or decrease of novelty (newness) or change. Change has a unique fractal wave shape that can be applied to any specific period of time. The Timewave Zero theory was developed by Terrence McKenna. The diagram below shows a span of history from one of his time charts. The chart shows a 5,125 year Mayan Wave-Harmonic of history for the period between 3113 BC and 2012 AD.1

As can be seen, significant events in the development of civilization occur at the peaks and in the valleys of this fractal waveform, which reveals the underlying harmonics of the origin, history, and destiny of the universe. The "Net of Indra" from Buddhist philosophy provides an early description of timing. The Net of Indra is a metaphor for the structure of reality, which is viewed as a vast net. At each intersection within the lattice of the net, there is a "jewel." Each jewel is perfectly clear and reflects all the other jewels in the net (the way two mirrors placed opposite each other reflect an image ad infinitum). Each jewel in the net represents an individual thought, consciousness, cell or atom, et cetera. Every jewel is related to all other jewels in the universe. HP: 6.37 – The dates of important scientific discoveries follow the Timewave fractal harmonic.  Many sciences and traditions have grown up out of the ancient’s recognition of the importance of timing: Tzolkin I-Ching Astrology

The Mayan culture existed from approximately 2500 BC. until the demise of their “Classic Period” around 830 AD. Their last monarch, Pacal Votan, who ruled from Palenque, Mexico, left a legacy that is still being deciphered. The Mayan people had one of the most sophisticated views of astronomy, mathematics, calendrics, and other sciences ever formulated on Earth. The Mayans were concerned about observing, recording, and analyzing astronomical information. Their science, philosophy, and religion revolved around a Universal Calendar they called the Tzolkin. The Tzolkin calendar, which according to its authors dealt with the “long-count,” describes Time as a cyclical event with periodic ups and downs similar to Terrence McKenna's Timewave Zero charts, which were developed from the I Ching. The Tzolkin calendar reaches back approximately 250 million years, and its periods appear to match up with the seven Gravity Centers located between Earth and the center of the Milky Way. The Mayan Calendar Harmonics could be used to predict the rise and fall of civilizations over time. The most interesting thing is that the Mayan time line for the end of the present age coincides exactly with the date predicted by the Timewave Zero fractal (December 21, 2012). In addition, many of their predictions about this time coincide with those of the New Testament Revelation and other cultural beliefs about the end of the present age. The Tzolkin date for the end of the age does not mean the end of mankind.  According to McKenna's Timewave, it means new discovery and subsequent advancement. According to the Mayans, and others, these periodic age events are normally marked by planetary disruption by earth, water, fire, gas, or all four. The accounts agree that this pivotal disruption harmonic has occurred four times in history, and that Earth is in its fifth dispensation, that is, the fifth age of the divine ordering of worldly affairs. It is also obvious from both views that there have been periods of earth’s history when things merged together enough for the discovery of great new truths, meanings, and values, which could catapult the world into an entirely new direction and a higher level of civilization. Many believe the end of the age signifies the promised return of Michael, the Creator Son of Nebadon (the local universe) who incarnated on Earth as Jesus Christ, the removal of the Luciferian rebels from Earth, or both. There is some disagreement as to the exact day for the end of the age because of calendar differences and historical misinformation. The significance of the date for those who will be living on December 21st, 2012 is probably up to each individual. The same criteria will apply for technology and all other forms of human endeavor. In this way Harmonic Law accomplishes its main functions: Allows for full expression of all Choices by providing for Free Will. Insures constant and ever-changing Improvement. Preserves all everlasting Quality and Value in Space by providing a Standard of Harmonious Perfection. Annihilates all finite reality in Time by providing for the disintegration of Discord.
