HP: 6.41 – Vibration is the basic timing phenomenon behind manifestation. Everything in the universe is vibrating. HP: 6.42 – All forms of manifestation in the relative universe are the same thing - simply vibrations of the universal force field pulsing at different relative rates.

The traditional concept of the electromagnetic spectrum and the powers of ten size and wavelength differential are shown in the first chart, below. The second chart expands this linear model into an elliptical cycle that includes many parameters of vibration besides frequency and wavelength. The ends of the spiral come very close to joining but miss each other by an amount called “The Great Diesis”, which is resolved by the Universal Absolute. This Diesis also shows up in music scales and causes a situation where the natural octave does not exactly double unless forced to do so, as in adjusted Equal Temperament Scales. This difference is resolved and a circuit is created between the two ends of the scales, absolute polarity. The establishment of a circuit is referred to, as “Encircuitment,” and any two opposites united by a circuit are said to be Encircuited. Music is a vibrational phenomenon representing the harmonic proportions of an encircuited wave-guide. All vibrations are the same thing. A chemical measuring so many megahertz of frequency also represents so many electron volts of energy, and a particular color, sound, smell, etc. If sight could be increased to the ultraviolet range, humans would see the same color spectrum. Ultraviolet is just another word for red in the next higher octave. Likewise, the term infrared is another word for violet in the next lower octave. The two terms should actually be ultra-red and infra-violet. Beings living at higher levels of being and frequency experience Earth's environment differently than humans. Perception of so-called states of matter shift for such creatures. What is solid to human perception could exist in a liquid state for someone or something vibrating at a faster rate. To an even faster consciousness, the same medium could appear as a gas or even virtually non-existent. (This is the view of matter from the perspective of the Thought Adjuster.) The state of matter is a condition of the relative perception of the observer.

While the first chart, shows the standard accepted linear model with the basic wave phenomenon groups and their relative wavelengths, the second expands on this linear model and shows how this energy train is actually connected at both ends by the universal absolutes of zero and infinity. Gravity rules at the zero end of this scale, whereas Quantum Mechanics rules at the infinity end. The relative vibrations between these two extremes are scaled by various physical parameters such as frequency, size, distance, energy, mass, charge, density, temperature, wavelength, etc. Each of these parameters has a Quantum Constant associated with it at the infinity end of the scale. In addition, each one has a Gravity Constant associated with it at the zero end of the scale. However, as concepts such as mental and spiritual gravity are not well known, there are no known determinations or even estimates of such Gravity Constants. All forms of reality are encircuited between their own Quantum Constants and Gravity Actions. Everything humans think, express, and act on has its own gravity. HP: 6.43 - Vibrations travel in one of four different modes and are further modified by the characteristics of the medium they are moving through. HP: 6.44 - When an undifferentiated vibration strikes a resonant membrane it refracts into one or more of four modes depending upon the nature of the vibration, the resonance of the membrane and its cavity, and the angle of incidence with which it strikes. HP: 6.45 - In order to compare and match vibrations of different types, they must be converted into the same mode.

Vibrations created by different sources and moving through various mediums have specific modes of travel. There are two major classes. The first class represents vibrations that travel on molecules such as air. The second class of vibrations travel only on subatomic particles. Each type of wave phenomenon has a specific style of oscillation, which is further modified by the characteristics of the medium through which it is traveling. There are four modes:1 Mode 1: Longitudinal - Also known as compression waves, these vibrations travel as successive concentric waves moving as circles or arcs in straight lines away from the source in a )))))) fashion. Mode 2: Traverse - Also known as shear waves, these vibrations travel in a zigzag, back and forth manner away from the source. Light travels as traverse waves in the medium of electrons. Another example of this mode of travel is ocean waves. Mode 3: Elliptical - Also known as Rayleigh waves, they travel in an elliptical spiraling motion along the surface of solids. Mode 4: Nodal - Also known as Lamb waves, these vibrations occur on specific points on thin plates with relative quiet zones in between. The vibrations in the video, "Cymatics," showing Hans Jenny's work with vibrating plates are good examples of lamb waves.  See link, below. The speed of travel is effected by the characteristics of the medium through which the vibrations are moving and are inversely proportional to the density of the medium. For example, sound speeds up in water or solids. The vibrations called sound range from 20 to 20,000 cycles per second, which represent wavelengths ranging from a few feet to just under 10,000 miles have time domain intervals of only one to one thousandth of a second.  The limited  effectiveness of this time span is basically within the time band that humans call the present (1 to 100 Hz.). Light and color frequencies have even much shorter time domains in what humans call the future near the 10-14 seconds range.
