Overview
 
The Relative part of the scale of frequency begins at the infinite frequency of a white hole and terminates at the icy cold stillness of zero inside a black hole, at the other end of the scale.

Each new universal moment initiates in the white hole at Quantum Constant measurements and "ends" with the total age of the universe all the way around on the other side at the black hole.

The Qualified and the Unqualified Absolutes are the qualities, values, archetypal energies, and patterns from which all the Relative manifestations arise. The tension created by the separation of these two opposites is the pure energy used to create and power the universe and represents both the Absolute source and destiny of all universal reality.

A side view of Paradise would show Paradise as saucer shaped with the white hole beneath Paradise and the black hole on the upper side. The Destiny of universal reality, resulting from the actions of Absolute Sources, resides on the lower and upper surface extremes as the unified but opposite Absolutes of Zero and Infinity.

These Absolute values are the beginning and end of all physical, mental, and spiritual cosmic reality. The Absolute Scale of Relative Comic Reality is a scale of both the Absolute qualities and values and the Relative materializations that are “encircuited” between these Absolutes.

Humans create their own reality by modulating body with mind. The entire triune reality of body, mind, and spirit are encircuited, with mind existing in between body and spirit as mediator. Spirit holds this circuit at both ends as the personal Qualified Absolute (zero) and the impersonal Unqualified Absolute (infinity). These two Absolutes are the Alpha and Omega of Universal Reality and therefore have the first and final modulating control over all energy transactions that take place within the universe.

The low frequency Cosmic Mind of the personal Qualified Absolute modulates the carrier waves of reality provided by the high frequency impersonal energy circuits of the Unqualified Absolute.

Spirit and Mind dominate Matter. Spirit control exists at both ends of an encircuited elliptical cycle rather than at the top end of a hierarchal scale with Matter at the bottom. All of Mind and all of Matter exist within the two great Absolutes.

HP: 6.46 – Frequency is the same as Relative Pitch in music.

Frequency implies cycles or rhythms. The universal rhythm is governed by the square root of minus one. The more cycles required to conclude or resolve an event, the higher is its frequency (and the closer to the elemental particle level).

Frequency also implies relativity. Frequency does not describe reality beyond its extremes of zero and infinity. To detail reality prior to frequency, requires introduction of the concept of the Absolute. The opposite extremes of frequency are originated by one of the Absolutes and are destined for the other. The negative attracts the positive.

In music theory, frequency and pitch are the same thing.

HP: 6.47 – Frequency is just one aspect of communication - the Carrier Wave.

In radio and other forms of transmission, including the human voice, the frequency is simply the carrier wave - the single frequency tuned in on the dial of a radio. The other frequencies of the voices, music, or sounds ride piggyback on this single “envelope” frequency.

HP: 6.48 - Resonant cavities in the space above the planet created by membrane enclosures like the ionosphere cause atmospheric harmonics that modulate all metabolic processes of the planet and the life upon it.

Also known as "spherics," these harmonics have a determining effect on the weather, and illustrate the use of harmonic law in meteorology. In addition, these harmonics have a determining effect on the chronobiology (the study of the effects of time and rhythmical phenomena on life processes) and metabolic processes of all the entities living on the planet’s surface.

HP: 6.49 - Each Frequency has an associated Wavelength (the distance between peaks in the wave).

Wavelength has an intimate relationship with frequency and time. The higher and faster the frequency, the shorter is the distance and time between peaks. The lower and slower the frequency, the longer is the distance and time.

Wavelength can be used to determine the elemental makeup of any object that is outputting heat, light, or other electromagnetic energy because each element emits different frequencies when burned. This is the method by which astronomers calculate the makeup of stars.

HP: 6.50 – Frequency is associated with the human body in many different ways. The primary relationship is given by the equation: v = mc2 / h.

The human body is related to frequency by virtue of the fact that the body is an aggregate mass, and mass is the equivalent of frequency.

In the equation v = mc2 / h, (v ) is Frequency, (c) is the Speed of Light, and (h) is Planck’s Energy Constant, and (m) is mass. Since (c) and (h) are both universal constants, the only variables are frequency and mass meaning they are directly proportional to each other on a one to one basis. To change one, results in a proportional change in the other.
