HP: 6.54 – Creation is accomplished by the thoughtful and efficient use of energy, which flows in a seven-stage circuit from the Unqualified Absolute to the Qualified Absolute.1 1 The Urantia Book, The Urantia Foundation, Diversy Park, Chicago, IL.	The seven stage circuit of energy extending from the Unqualified Absolute to the Qualified Absolute consists of the following stages: 1. Space Potency is pulled or stretched from Paradise to the edges of the universe by the action of the Unqualified Absolute. 2. Primordial Force is Space Potency turned back toward the Center by Primary Force Organizers. 3. Emergent Energy is Puissant (mighty) and Local Linear Gravity managed by Secondary Force Organizers. 4. Universal Power – 21 bands of Universal Power controlled by Power Directors and Mortals. 5. Pre-existent Force – Energy turns back toward Force. This is the Energy of the Central Universe (Paradise and Havona). 6. Transcendental Energy – Absonite or Eventuated Energy – This is the Energy of Peripheral Paradise. 7. Pure Energy of the Qualified Absolute
HP: 6.55 – The Universal Energy Circuit cycles in a “Continuous-Bang” mode that occurs at the rate of Quantum Action.	Matter and energy are continuously recycled. It is created and issued from a White Hole1 and simultaneously pulled in and broken down by the action of a Black Hole. HP: 6.56 – Continuous creation at quantum speeds is the fundamental frequency of manifestation. Other harmonic wave cycles are created as overtones. The most important of these is the cycle of Space Respiration, which requires approximately two billion years to complete.	There are four theories seeking to explain the origin and destiny of the material universe: Big Bang with subsequent unending expansion – The Open Universe Theory Big Bang with subsequent expansion that reverses and collapses into a Big Crunch – The Closed Universe Theory A Never changing universe – Denies the expansion/contraction theory – The Steady State Universe Theory A Never-beginning – never-ending universe that expands and collapses in a breath like cycle – The Living Universe Theory of The Urantia Book.1 1 The Urantia Book, The Urantia Foundation, Diversy Park, Chicago, IL.

HP: 6.57 – The Space Potency of the Unqualified Absolute emerges from the center of a White Hole and stretches super-conductive Paradise to the edge of the universe in all directions. Space is stretched and rarified pure energy.	Space Potency is the outward expansive presence of the Unqualified Absolute, which grasps the periphery of Paradise and pulls or stretches it to the edge of the universe, creating space, which is the rarified and elastic tension of Paradise presence. The substance or material of Paradise is Absolute and therefore absolutely tensile or impossible to separate. It can only be stretched out, creating elastic tension. All points in the universe are eternally connected by strings of reality originating and still connected to the center of all things. Space becomes thicker near its edges and toward its center. Space so thick that it cannot be traversed is called "unpervadable." Science is beginning to understand the mechanism of this construction through the discovery and research of cosmic strings. Many string theories have been proposed to explain this phenomenon. These strings are actually tubes rather than solid strings. Paradise can be entered via the center of the tube, but not the outside. These strings are so small that they are not visible from the side. They can only be observed on the end view, which looks like a particle, but is actually just the end of a string (tube). The train of particles coming down the string and moving through the super-conductive void creates the waves associated with particles. Both the particles and their waves are valid universe realities.
HP: 6.58 – Space Potency is turned back and begins to flow around the Center, forming the skin or surface of a Torus, which forms the protective womb of the universe.1 1Chronobiology, A Science In Tune With The Rhythms of Life, Earl Bakken, Bolger Publications, Minneapolis, Minnesota.	This is also the action that creates the incredible vortex action at the center of nebula, which starts the spinning and gravity action necessary to begin the creative process. Upon reaching this stage, the Primary Eventuated Master Force organizers depart at right angles to the plane of the vortex, and give control over to Secondary Master Force Organizers who slow the energy down two steps further until it turns inward again and establishes the Local or Linear Gravity required to create Universe Power (or rotating generators). Three bands of power with seven phases each exit the center creating twenty-one perfectly directed, but imperfectly controlled bands of energy used to power the universe.
HP: 6.59 – Twenty-one bands of universal power are woven together to construct the building blocks of the material universe and biological life.1 1The Urantia Book, The Urantia Foundation, Diversy Park, Chicago, IL.	There are ten kingdoms of evolutionary material development between Potency and super-organisms like Human Beings. Universe Power Directors are in charge of the Energy Circuit until the development of the molecular stage of evolution where Life Carriers take over with the research, establishment, and nurture of living biological systems. There are three major currents of energy, which consist of ten segments each, forming a cycle of thirty bands. The Power Directors take charge of twenty-one of these bands and weave them together into the seven bands of cosmic energy that bathe the universe. This seven-fold nature of universal energy reveals itself in every aspect of reality.

Energy flows from the Manifestation Zone in Paradise to the Super Universe level by passing through the Great Void and the Central Universe of Perfect Pattern (Havona). Energy exits Nether Paradise via the center of a White Hole regulated by Quantum Action, and returns to Upper Paradise via the Gravity Action at the edge of a Black Hole. Energy passes through seven stages of trans formative processes within the boundaries of the elliptical circuit between the black and the white holes.
