Introduction
Life is play. In the lives of humans, there
are two major types of play: finite and infinite. Finite play is played for the purpose of winning. The purpose
of infinite play is to continue playing. Stuart Brown, a physician and director of the National Institute for Play, has said:
"Watching a young child immersed in
play is a spiritual experience. And there is spirit emerging in the play of the child, something nonmaterial that's a
part of it that is more than just ions zipping around in a nervous system."

Acknowlegment
A primary source for Wisdom's Choices is Finite and Infinite Games, by James P. Carse, The Random House Publishing
Group, 1987.
Blissful play is not hedonistic.
It does not pollute the mind or carbonate the soul.
